Your questions, answered
Choose the right
Pilates reformer for you.
Which is the best Pilates reformer for home use?
The best option depends on your space, budget and training needs. Consider Contour Folding Wooden for affordable folding storage, Contour Pro for an adjustable aluminium setup, or Contour Pro Folding if you want aluminium construction with a folding frame.
Can a Pilates reformer machine be folded?
Yes. Contour Folding Wooden and Contour Pro Folding Aluminium are designed to fold for storage. The standard Contour Pro is a different model. Always check that “Folding” appears in the model you select.
Is aluminium commercial and wood light duty?
Frame material alone does not determine duty rating. The Contour Studio is explicitly designed for commercial use. Contour Folding and Pro ranges are presented here as home training options.
What is the affordable folding option?
Contour Folding Wooden is the lower-priced folding category within this range. Compare its current price with the aluminium folding models on the product pages, alongside your space and exercise requirements.
Which reformer should I choose for a commercial studio?
Start with the Contour Studio Commercial range. It is designed for frequent daily use and has explicit commercial warranty coverage. Speak to Gym Direct about your facility requirements and delivery.
Can I see a reformer at the Bankstown showroom?
Contact Gym Direct to confirm which reformer models are currently on display before travelling. Our showroom is at 5 Starkie Drive, Bankstown.
